e-workflow este o aplicație web pentru urmărirea proceselor operaționale ale companiilor (cazuri, etape, termene, rapoarte), disponibilă la https://e-workflow.ro.
Operatorul aplicației este Future Plus Consulting SRL, cu sediul în comuna Chiajna, județul Ilfov, CUI 34093292, înregistrată la Registrul Comerțului sub nr. J2015000453239 („noi”).
Pentru orice întrebare despre datele personale ne scrii la contact@e-workflow.ro.
Pentru datele conturilor de utilizator, ale autentificării și datele tehnice: noi decidem de ce și cum le prelucrăm.
Pentru datele pe care firmele client le introduc în cazurile lor (inclusiv datele personale ale clienților și partenerilor lor). Le prelucrăm doar la instrucțiunile firmei client, conform contractului și acordului de prelucrare a datelor (DPA) încheiat cu ea.
Pentru datele din cazuri, firma client este operatorul: drepturile se exercită la ea, iar noi o ajutăm să le respecte.

În aplicație nu folosim analytics, publicitate sau profilare și nu încărcăm resurse de la terți (fonturi, scripturi). Pe site-ul de prezentare www.e-workflow.ro folosim Google Analytics, doar dacă accepți (tab-ul „Cookie-uri”).

Nu luăm decizii automate cu efecte juridice asupra ta în sensul art. 22 GDPR: aplicația calculează etapa unui caz, nu evaluează persoane.
Dacă organizația ta folosește Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Entra ID) sau Google Workspace, poți intra în e-workflow cu contul de serviciu, fără o parolă separată.

Utilizarea datelor primite de la API-urile Google respectă Google API Services User Data Policy, inclusiv cerințele Limited Use.
Nu vindem și nu închiriem date personale. Le transmitem doar acestor categorii de destinatari, în măsura necesară:

Serverul aplicației și baza de date sunt în Germania (UE). Google și Microsoft pot prelucra date și în afara SEE (de exemplu în SUA) când trimitem emailuri, când te autentifici cu contul de serviciu sau, dacă ai acceptat, prin Google Analytics pe site-ul de prezentare; aceste transferuri se fac pe baza Cadrului UE-SUA privind confidențialitatea datelor și/sau a clauzelor contractuale standard ale Comisiei Europene, conform termenilor acestor furnizori.

Dacă apare o încălcare a securității datelor, o notificăm autorității și, după caz, persoanelor afectate și firmelor client, în termenele prevăzute de GDPR.

În aplicație (e-workflow.ro) nu folosim cookie-uri de analiză sau de publicitate. Pe site-ul de prezentare www.e-workflow.ro, cookie-urile Google Analytics se pun doar după ce apeși „Accept” în banner; dacă refuzi, nu se încarcă nimic de la Google. Îți poți schimba oricând alegerea din linkul „Setări cookie” din subsolul site-ului. Nu folosim Google Analytics pentru publicitate și nu legăm datele de Google Ads; Google Analytics 4 nu stochează adresa IP. Preferințele din localStorage nu părăsesc calculatorul tău. Ca să deschidă site-ul de prezentare direct în română, serverul nostru află țara din adresa IP folosind o bază de date DB-IP aflată pe același server: adresa IP nu se trimite nimănui pentru asta, iar țara nu se salvează. Când te autentifici cu Microsoft sau Google, pe paginile lor se aplică politicile lor de cookie-uri.

Pentru datele contului tău ne scrii la contact@e-workflow.ro; răspundem în cel mult o lună. Pentru datele din cazurile unei firme client, te adresezi acelei firme, iar noi o ajutăm să îți răspundă. Ca să te protejăm, putem să îți cerem să confirmi că ești titularul contului.

For any question about personal data, write to contact@e-workflow.ro.
For user account data, sign-in data and technical data: we decide why and how they are processed.
For the data client companies enter in their cases (including personal data of their customers and partners). We process it only on the client company's instructions, under the contract and the data processing agreement (DPA) signed with it.
For case data, the client company is the controller: rights are exercised with it, and we help it honour them.

In the app we use no analytics, advertising or profiling, and it loads no third-party resources (fonts, scripts). On the presentation website www.e-workflow.ro we use Google Analytics, only if you accept (the “Cookies” tab).

We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR: the app works out a case's stage, it does not assess people.
If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Entra ID) or Google Workspace, you can sign in to e-workflow with your work account, with no separate password.

e-workflow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with these categories of recipients, as far as needed:

The app server and database are in Germany (EU). Google and Microsoft may process data outside the EEA (for example in the USA) when we send emails, when you sign in with your work account or, if you accepted, through Google Analytics on the presentation website; these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, under these providers' terms.

If a personal data breach occurs, we notify the authority and, where required, the people affected and the client companies, within the deadlines set by the GDPR.

In the app (e-workflow.ro) we use no analytics or advertising cookies. On the presentation website www.e-workflow.ro, the Google Analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept” in the banner; if you decline, nothing is loaded from Google. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the website’s footer. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising and do not link the data to Google Ads; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Preferences in localStorage never leave your computer. To open the presentation website directly in Romanian, our server finds out the country from the IP address using a DB-IP database kept on the same server: the IP address is not sent to anyone for this, and the country is not saved. When you sign in with Microsoft or Google, their cookie policies apply on their pages.
Under the GDPR (Art. 15-22), you have the right:
For your account data, write to contact@e-workflow.ro; we answer within one month. For data in a client company's cases, contact that company, and we help it answer you. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm that you hold the account.
If you believe your data is not processed correctly, write to contact@e-workflow.ro, or lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page, with the date of the last update. Important changes are also announced in the app.
