Clone Process + ProcessDetails
Copies all processes and their details from one Company / CompanyUnit combination to another that has no processes yet. The target company must be different from the source company.

Delete Company / CompanyUnit Data
Permanently deletes all processes, process details and workflow data for a company. Leave Company Unit empty to delete the entire company (all its company units included); pick a unit to delete only that unit's processes and details.
Delete Process settings
Permanently deletes one process: all its process details (fields) with their rules and conditions, its OnTime, Quality and SLA rules and its access grants, then the process itself. Links from other processes' fields to it are removed. A process that records already have data in cannot be deleted.

When a record's clock starts and stops, and what it counts.
2. Targets per process
How long each process may take, between two dates of the record. Leave a target empty to not measure that process. With no start date, a process starts where the previous measured one ended. With no owner, everyone with access to the unit is told.

3. Webhooks
e-workflow calls the other system's address when a case of the unit is created, changes stage or is completed - from the app or from the API. Each call is signed with the webhook's secret (X-EWorkflow-Signature); a failed call is retried after 1 and 5 minutes.
Copy the signing secret now - it is shown only this once. The other system uses it to check that a call comes from e-workflow.
